World Congress on Women’s Health Innovations and Inventions (WHII): Addressing Unmet Needs to be held on July 9-11, 2019 in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We invite you to participate in the first Women’s Health Congress bringing technology and science together to address the unmet needs.

What is the unmet need?

Women’s Health still has many unmet clinical needs; some of them are “unacceptable” or “unmentionable”. New technologies are being developed rapidly and are shaping the future of Women’s Health. As we envision and analyze the future of Women’s Health, we should address ways to predict, prevent, diagnose, treat and follow up by utilizing next generation technologies, with the goal of improving women’s health worldwide. 

Congress Objective

During the Congress we will discuss the unmet needs of Women’s Health with physicians, other healthcare providers, technology experts and companies involved in developing those future technologies. The Congress will explore fuel, spark and discuss the latest development of innovations and inventions that will shape Women’s Health. Topics will be discussed in several tracks:
  • Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM)/Offspring Health)
  • Reproductive Medicine
  • Gynecological Oncology
  • Menopause
  • Genetics and Epigenetics
  • Non Communicable Diseases (NCD)
  • Obesity
  • Environment, Lifestyle and Nutrition as Predisposition to Women’s Health
  • “The Unaccpetable and Unmentionable” in Women’s Health
  • Heath IT, Digital Health, Big Data and AI
  • Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS)
At the congress we will discuss innovations and inventions that will facilitate local and global interaction between physicians, entrepreneurs, academia and industry and building bridges leading to innovation and expose participants to thought leaders and experts.

Why Attend?

The Congress will feature key note lectures, presentations, debates and panel discussions from renowned international and national experts. Each session will conclude with a 3 minute demonstration of the newest innovations and inventions in women’s health. In addition, the program will feature inspirational lectures by some of local and international leaders in the fields of Industry, Science, Politics, and Art.

Participants are encouraged to take an active role in the discussions with faculty members in a unique and open environment. Participants will also have the opportunity to be further involved in the Congress by submitting papers for oral and poster presentations and an opportunity to participate in a unique start-up competition.

  The Cambridge-Africa ALBORADA Research Fund Application Deadline: September 5, 2022 The Cambridge-Africa ALBORADA Research Fund was established in 2012 , with generous support from The ALBORADA Trust. The Fund supports pairs of researchers (post-doctoral level and above) from the University of Cambridge (or an affiliated institution such as the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, NIAB and British Antarctic Survey) and sub-Saharan African institutions, across all disciplines, to initiate and/or strengthen research collaborations.
